Thanks to the 2014 Farm Bill, industrial hemp can be cultivated around the nation. CBD products are now available for purchase in New Jersey retail stores as over-the-counter products with no restrictions.
The term “industrial hemp” relates to hemp that contains Non-Detectable THC. CBD is extracted from the industrial hemp plant, also known as Cannabis Sativa L. CBD oil from hemp is legal in New Jersey. You can freely purchase, possess, and consume hemp-derived CBD because it contains less than 0.3% THC, meaning it’s not psychoactive. Far Hills Pharmacy carries a variety of CBD products in various forms to deliver the product in the most efficient way possible.

However, the “one-size-fits-all” nature of mass-produced medications meant that some patients’ medical needs were not being met.
